Meet the Team
Dr. Alix Keenan
AUDIOLOGIST
Alexandra received her doctorate in Audiology through the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and Audiology in June 2004. Alix received her Bachelors Degree in Communication Disorders from Colorado State University in 1992, and her Masters Degree in Audiology from University of Northern Colorado in 1994.She practiced for more than five years at a prominent ear, nose, and throat clinic in Denver, prior to moving back to her home town of Fort Morgan to open her private practice. Dr. Keenan was born and raised in Fort Morgan, and her love for this community has drawn her back.
Dr. Keenan believes in integrity, honesty and ethical practice. No matter what, we want people to leave our office with a smile. Born and raised in Fort Morgan, she believes giving the best in care to Northeastern Colorado!
Dr. Erin Guenzi
AUDIOLOGIST
Erin was raised in Sterling, Colorado and returned to Northeastern Colorado to practice Audiology. She received her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Utah in 2017 and her Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from University of Northern Colorado in 2013. She was drawn to the field of audiology because it gave her the opportunity to work closely with people and help erich their lives with better hearing.

Jena Vanlandingham
Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Jena Vanlandingham, Hearing Instrument Specialist, grew up in a small town outside of Sheridan, Wyoming. She got her Bachelors Degree from the University of Wyoming in 2012, and in 2016 moved with her husband to Texas, where she began working in an audiology clinic and found her passion for providing the gift of hearing. In 2017, Jena and her family moved to Morgan County, and began her employment with PVHC. Here she has learned every aspect of the office, from answering phones, billing needs, hearing aid repairs, and reprogramming, to being very astute at audiometric testing. She has become Dr. Keenan’s right hand, and now with her Hearing Instrument Specialist License, she is able to see patients and attend to nearly all of their hearing needs. In addition to the job she loves, Jena enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, doing crafts, and helping with her families’ church. Jena has one of the brightest smiles you will find at PVHC, and her goal is always to be sure patients have an amazing experience with us!
Jen Johnson
LAB TECHNICIAN
Jen has worked at Platte Valley Hearing Center for 1.5 years. Her knowledge continues to grow as she works beside Dr. Keenan and Jena. She has had years of medical experience, and was raised in Holyoke. You will love Jen's friendly assistance with anything you need
Theresa Sears
RECEPTIONIST
Theresa Sears joined Platte Valley Hearing Center December 2022 as a receptionist and currently training in the lab whenever she can. Theresa graduated Morgan Community College in 2006 with a certificate in Massage therapy. She worked almost 2 years in Pharmacy as a tech and spend over six years as a stay at home mom. Theresa is married and has 3 amazing kids, who keep them busy with 4H, swim team, soccer, basketball and track. Theresa's family loves to spend their days outside entertaining, cooking, and time together by the firepit. Theresa's personal hobbies include swimming, bowling, photography, and crafting. She is very excited to be with PVHC. Theresa has always enjoyed being a part of the medical field and can't wait to see where this new career takes her.
Lisa Forbes
RECEPTIONIST
Lisa has helped at PVHC over the years. She now job shares the receptionist position. Her smiling face and wonderful personality will greet you on Mondays and Tuesdays.
